HOW OUR VIRTUAL EVENTS WORK
Virtual Entrance Hall and Lounge
Visitors enter the online fair via a virtual entrance hall. Here, they gain a first impression of the environment and are usually greeted with a welcome video including some initial information regarding event features and the agenda.
The entrance hall also functions as the navigation hub of a trade fair: From here, visitors can enter all available exhibition halls and virtual auditoriums. A central information booth is staffed with members of your team who offer every visitor personal support and further orientation.
Inside of the entrance hall, a virtual lounge is usually featured. This is a public chat room which provides an additional networking opportunity for visitors.
Virtual Exhibition Booth
Use virtual content and exhibition booths to inform your visitors about your company, your products, your portfolio or career opportunities e.g.
The exhibition booths are located in a virtual exhibition hall and are designed according to your corporate design (colors and logos will be implemented in a standard booth template). If you choose to book the individual booth feature, each trade fair booth will have a personalized and unique design.
Booths have many elements which allow you to make your information readily available, for example via integration into video screens or a document/download area. Additionally, a live chat allows visitors to talk directly to the booth personnel via text or video chat.
The integration of social media, such as LinkedIn, Xing, Twitter or Facebook supports simple and fast networking as well as the distribution of trade fair content and contacts via various channels.
Virtual Auditorium
The auditorium is a virtual space for lectures, symposia, discussions and panels. These presentations take place in the form of videos and meetyoo webcast integrations into the platform.
Live streams can be transmitted as a webcast from a studio or directly from the stage of a corresponding on-location event. This feature is interesting if you are planning a hybrid event which combines a digital and a physical event.
Alternatively, pre-recorded videos or webcasts can be integrated into the platform and “premiere” at a specific time according to your agenda.
If you would like to integrate a panel discussion, a multiple webcam webcast will be integrated instead of a video (this can also be either live or pre-recorded and allows speakers to share slides to illustrate their points).
The video content of the auditorium can be added to a digital library which will remain available to fair visitors after the event has ended and during the on demand period.
Engagement / Gamification
Use your virtual event to create an interactive and fun experience for your event participants. You can integrate quizzes, questionnaires, votes or raffles and select winners who can win prizes. The chance to win something could also be used if you are looking for ideas to market your event to your audience using social media channels or mailings.
A virtual event rally can be another great feature and add to the gamification flair of your fair. Participants will be motivated to visit booths and interact with the content and the environment of your event in order to collect points. The high score holders can be awarded a prize and also generate data which is interested for post-event reports.
Lead Capture / Reporting
A great advantage of online trade fairs is the complete data acquisition of every single visitor which can be used for lead generation.
Using an individual registration page for your event, you can ask interested parties to submit data which is of interest (e.g. company, position, email, phone number, areas of interest, previous experience, etc.).
All visitor actions during the digital trade fair are recorded and create unique visitor profiles. This includes the individual booths they visit, which information material they have viewed and downloaded and which presentations they attended, etc.
This data can be clustered into visitor groups or evaluated individually. Simply export the data into your CRM system so that you can continue to work with the leads you gained, including enriched data, at a later date.
